KAY LINDAHL is the founder of The Listening Center in Laguna Niguel, California, and is recognized as an inspiring teacher and spiritual guide to people of all religious backgrounds.

Her work explores a spiritual approach to the art of listening. An ordained interfaith minister, she conducts workshops and retreats around the world on the sacred art of listening for religious, spiritual, community and business groups.

Kay also founded and serves on the board for The Alliance for Spiritual Community, a grass roots interfaith organization whose vision is that dialogue among people of diverse faith traditions and spiritual practices transforms the world. She has a deep commitment to peace among religions which leads her to serve on the Board of Directors for The Religious Diversity Faire and the North American Interfaith Network. She is also a Trustee on the Global Council of the United Religions Initiative and a strong supporter of the Parliament of the World's Religions.

Kay lives with her wonderful husband Frank Hotchkiss in Laguna Niguel, California, where they are often visited by their seven children and eight grandchildren.

AMY SCHNAPPER mastered the skill of creating art to illumine words by designing images to adorn gift products for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. She received her Ph.D. in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is author/illustrator of The Beyond Book, a succinct perspective on what lives beyond words. Amy combines her creative ability as an artist and as a businesswoman in her work as a coach and consultant to business executives.

Dr. Schnapper is a national spokesperson for imagination, an endangered human resource responsible for breeding diversity and expanding possibilities. She is in demand as a speaker and humorist. She lives happily ever after in Ashland, Oregon, with her considerable imagination and her very real friends of all ages and curious origins.
